I have been using this Vitara Brezza Diesel MT ZXI model since 2016. We usually travel longer distances in this vehicle. The car has given an average of 12-18k kms per year. Now I want to upgrade to a 7 seater, preferably Innova (diesel) or HyCross for hybrid, as I have always experienced the ultimate comfort, safety, and handling Innova offers. Is considering Innova a costly option? Or are there better alternatives in the market for better pricing and performance that meet my travel requirements? Budget - 30 lakh.

Yes, the Toyota Innova Crysta will seem like a costly option when moving up from a Maruti Brezza, but it is worth it. At your budget of Rs 30 lakh, you will get a mid-range Innova Crysta VX, which is powered by a 2.4-litre diesel engine with a 5-speed manual gearbox.
However, we recommend moving up to the Innova HyCross hybrid for its added sophistication and even greater fuel economy. Within your budget, you should get an Innova Hycross VX, but we recommend stretching slightly for the VX (O) or even ZX variant.
