Asked by: Gladin I am a first-time motorcycle rider, and I’m trying to decide between the Jawa 42 Bobber, Jawa Perak, Royal Enfield Meteor 350, Goan Classic 350, Triumph Speed 400, and Harley-Davidson X440. I’m 5'7”, 38 years old, and have a muscular build. Which of these bikes would be most suitable for me in terms of comfort, handling, and ease of riding? Also, do all of these bikes have an option for carrying a passenger comfortably? First things first, the Jawa Perak and 42 Bobber are strictly single-seater bikes and have no provisions for carrying a pillion. These bikes are also rather stiff and uncomfortable, and we'd recommend steering clear unless you ride very little and mostly on smooth roads.Coming to the other options you've shortlisted, the Triumph Speed 400 will be the dynamically most capable machine and also the fastest one. On the other end of the spectrum, you'll have the laidback but charming Royal Enfield 350s with their easy riding and torque-rich experience. The Harley-Davidson X440 splits the difference between the Triumph and the REs. It all boils down to personal preference, so take a thorough test ride of everything you're considering before making a decision. Asked by: Tanbir Baral I am confused between the Royal Enfield Classic 350, Royal Enfield Meteor 350, and Triumph Speed T4. My maximum budget is ₹2.5 to 2.8 lakh. If possible, please suggest some customisation options within this budget. I live in Bhubaneswar, Odisha. Please help. The choice of bike you should go with depends entirely on your riding style and requirements. The Triumph Speed T4 is the more capable and quicker machine of the three. And, if you spend a lot of time at highway speeds or want to do reasonably sporty riding, it will be a better fit.The Royal Enfield 350s are slow machines, but are soulful in a way few other bikes can emulate. If you enjoy a torque-rich, characterful, laidback and comfortable riding experience, the RE 350s are a great option. Take a test ride of both to see which one suits you best. Asked by: Mayank We currently own a Mahindra XUV 300, which we bought in May 2019, and earlier had a Maruti Swift for 10 years. Our family size is increasing, so we want to upgrade to a more superior car, preferably a 6- or 7-seater. We live in a small town and use the car locally and for 3-4 trips per month to nearby cities, mostly within a 300 km range. We want a car with good boot space, low maintenance, luxurious interiors, and strong social prestige/optics. We are a business family with a budget within ₹40 lakh. Please suggest. The Toyota Innova HyCross is the ideal pick for you. Its large size not only lends it great road presence but also gives a very spacious interior. There's genuinely usable space in the third row, and luggage space is decent with all rows up. Also, you can fold the third row to make more room, and second row comfort is very impressive. Versions with captain's chairs in the middle row go the distance with powered seat adjust and adjustable legrests. We'd recommend you opt for the strong hybrid in ZX(O) trim that gets you good economy and all the features. Can’t decide which car to buy?
